Refunds and returns

Our promise

If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is not as described, we will replace it or refund you in full.

How to claim

Email support@shop.abygap.com within 30 days of delivery (or within 60 days of ordering if it has not arrived) with your order number and, for damaged or wrong items, a photo.

Change of mind

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
